I purchased a 50% off annual review and was charged the full amount of 86.99 not $28.99. I had to call my bank to try and stop the payment, please can you investigate and refund me back as the payment has been taken out of my account.

Can't make international calls to youku thereby nothing was done and problem will repeat itself. In order to watch vip episode, youku needs to update my account to vip status before I get upset and unsubscribe.
